Decked with oak-beamed ceilings, Rothmans B&B is a grade II listed manor house situated in the urban village of Great Baddow. Still maintaining much of its original décor, it boasts a secluded walled garden and free on-site parking.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 15 years old stay for £20 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children up to and including 15 years old stay for £20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 16 years old and over stay for £31 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
In times of uncertainty and your peace of mind, we recommend you select a flexible rate with free cancellation. If your plans change, you can always cancel free of charge until the cancellation expires.
Please note that guests are requested to check out by 09.00 Monday to Friday, by 10.00 on Saturday and by 11.00 on Sunday. For last minute bookings please provide a mobile number for check-in instructions. Early/late check in/out may be available on request if the property is contacted in advance. Kindly note that check-out time on Bank Holidays/Sundays is 11:00.

Good location. Comfortable and full of character. It was very easy checking in and out. The breakfast was very good with a good selection.
